Your move to South Beach shouldn't be a chaotic mess. This is a wonderful city, with all types of real estate available to you. You can find rental properties as well as properties for sale located throughout the city. We have many gated communities and planned residential developments, which assure you of safe neighborhoods with good schools, reliable services, and stable lifestyles. Places such as Hibiscus Island, Star Island, Palm Island, and others offer terrific multi-million dollar mansions in a setting that can only be described as spectacular. Although these places don't go cheap, the amenities, services, and style with which you will live in them makes them worth every cent you pay. You can also purchase property as an investment or an income generator, as rentals in South Beach are always at a premium.
If you choose to move to one of these gated communities, you can find some beautiful single family homes with living spaces ranging from 3 bedroom and 3 baths to 9 bedroom and 9 baths. These homes range in price from $1.4 million to over $15 million each. You also have the opportunity to purchase bay front or beachfront properties that are as yet undeveloped, and put your own version of a dream home on them. Undeveloped property can run around $500,000 for a lot which includes deeded beachfront. This is also the kind of property that can make a great investment. By buying the property at under a million dollars, then adding a lovely home, you can reap a return of many times your initial investment. Of course, you can always just move into your lovely new home! We always love to have new neighbors, and we're sure you'll love to meet us at the block party this fall. We pride ourselves on being close knit and comfortable with our neighborhoods.

Our homes are beautiful, and our attitudes are even better. Don't leave South Beach out of your plans when you're looking for investment or income property.
Condos for Sale in South Beach
South Beach has a condominium for every budget. Whether you're a multi-millionaire or fall toward the median household income of Miami of $44K, South Beach has a place for you.
Dozens of condos, ranging in size from studio to multiple rooms, are scattered throughout the mile-square area. Looking for something around $50K? Several hotels are turning condo, such as the Royal Hotel, or have floors dedicated to condo living space, such as the
Tudor Hotel and Suites or the
Shelborne Beach Resort South Beach. Keep in mind, however, that these are converted hotel rooms and are often just 250 to 300 square feet (don't plan on having large dinner parties!). Many affordable condos are Art Deco attractions that are as intriguing as their names, for example: Esplanade, Villa Bahia, Ocean Walk, and Decoplage. Starting around $100K, these condominiums offer amenities ranging from community swimming pools and fitness centers to onsite parking.
Looking for something more upscale? Consider setting up home at a mid-beach condo such as the Blue and Green Diamonds, Club Atlantis, or The Grandview. Or take a look at the brand new high-rises in South Pointe Park, which include the Portofino Tower, Murano at Portofino, and Continuum. These ocean-side locations give you easy access to the pristine white sands that flank the azure blue waters of the Atlantic Ocean. Oh, paradise! Who could ask for anything more?
If what you really want is something trendy, consider a loft. Traditionally unpartitioned upper floors of a warehouse or business building, most of the lofts in South Beach are being built from the ground up. Experience the Manhattan Lofts, which provide New York style living with a SoBe twist. This new loft development boasts big-city amenities such as a secure interactive lobby with a real-time ticker for residents who want the latest news and stock quotes. And each unit comes with aluminum-framed acrylic expandable walls that allow you to change your space. Call the luxurious Sundance Lofts home; these new two-bedroom, two-bathroom units include a covered, secure parking area. A true loft, Industry Lofts at Lincoln was previously a commercial building. Industry features 14 individual lofts that range from 845 to 1620 square feet, and gives residents a stylish rooftop pool, lounge and garden, electronic video entry system, and access to nearby parking as well as the fabulous shopping on Lincoln Road.
